Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As a caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to individuals in their homes, supporting their daily activities and enhancing their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and maintain a clean living environment
- Escort clients to appointments and outings
- Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior
Skills:
- Experience in senior care or working with people with autism is preferred
- Knowledge of resident rights and social work principles
- Ability to provide childcare if needed
- Proficiency in caregiving techniques including hospice care and direct support
- Strong patient care skills and a compassionate demeanor
