We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Practice Administrator (Manager) to join our team and lead our practice to new heights of excellence.

Position Summary: The Practice Administrator will oversee the daily operations of our endodontic practice, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow, superior patient service, and adherence to the highest standards of care. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a strong background in dental practice management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for creating an outstanding patient and staff experience.

Highlights of Practice Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the practice, including scheduling, patient flow, and administrative duties.
  • Lead and mentor a team of dental professionals, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Oversee patient relations, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Coordinate with dental staff to optimize appointment scheduling, treatment planning, and patient communication.
  • Handle financial aspects of the practice, including budgeting, billing, insurance claims, and accounts receivable.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards, maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and patient care.
  • Utilize dental practice management software to maintain accurate patient records and streamline operations.
  • Promote the practice through building relationships with referring dental practices, community outreach, and marketing initiatives.

This is a full-time salaried Practice Administrator position with a schedule of Monday through Friday.

Qualifications


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in dental practice management, preferably in an endodontic or specialty practice.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
  • Proficiency in dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Thorough understanding of dental billing, coding, and insurance processes.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
