Pay: $45K - $75K Commission & Bonuses (Average of $10K- $25K)
Schedule: 8:00am 5:30pm M - F

We have been in business since 1996 and most of our business is repeat business and a lot of our new business is from word of mouth from our happy and established customers. We are looking for someone who has experience in the automotive industry and has great customer service and communication skills, is dependable, has impeccable attention to detail skills and basic computer skills. - Facilitation in scheduling and organizing vehicles checking in and out and communicating with customers about their concerns and needs regarding their vehicles.
- Coordinating with and selling to customers preventive maintenance and repairs for their vehicles based on manufacturer recommendations as tailored to each vehicle to support long vehicle life and customer satisfaction.
- Clearly communicating to technicians what is to be addressed.
- Preparing and presenting reports and estimates, and clearly communicating to customers the results of inspections and testing as presented in estimates, as well as repair results.
- Keeping paperwork in order and flowing properly in the office.
- Ordering parts for sold work.
- Billing customers.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Basic computer skills (MS Suite)
- Maintain clean work area and professional appearance
