Apartment Community is Hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician Near Escondido, CA
- Ensure all service requests, callbacks, and/or work orders are performed properly and promptly.
- Participates in diagnosing problems and repair in the areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall and appliances
- Maintenance Technicians must be able to turn vacant apartments
- Must have at least 6 month general maintenance experience
- Attendance is an essential job function
We are seeking experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians to work at apartment communities in the NORTH COUNTY.
When it comes to adding new maintenance technicians to our amazing team, we are looking for candidates with experience and a can-do attitude. Property management experience isn’t necessary, but certainly a plus.
