**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated Qualified Medication Aide ( qmap), and Caregivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in assisted living, memory care, and medication administration to provide exceptional care to our residents.

**Duties:**

- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers

- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

- Monitor and document residents' vital signs and overall health

- Implement behavior management techniques as needed

- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure comprehensive care for residents

- Maintain accurate medication records and reports

- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

**Skills:**

- Experience in assisted living or nursing home settings

- Proficiency in medication administration protocols

- Knowledge of behavior management techniques

- Strong caregiving skills with a focus on senior care

- Ability to drive for resident transportation needs
