Kforce is Hiring a Business and Data Analyst Near Englewood, NJ
- Business and Data Analyst will collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
- Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to partner stakeholders, internal teams, and senior leadership
- Analyze and support the sales operations discipline
- Analyze the company's customer behavior, printers performance, and consumption metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and growth
- Develop models and forecasts to support business decision-making and strategic planning
- Design and implement data visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Power BI) to communicate insights to non-technical audiences
- As a Business and Data Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
- Develop and maintain databases and data warehouses
- Support team KPI's by evaluating opportunities, and revenue models
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience in this field
- 4 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role in the technology, production, or manufacturing industry
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel and Power BI, Salesforce) and an ability to present and develop dashboards and using these tools
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross functional environment
- Proactive problem-solver with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for innovation
- Good undermining of financial modeling
- Experience with high growth companies
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
