Premier Management Associates is currently recruiting for a General Maintenance Worker for a condominium complex in Englewood, New Jersey.

The General Maintenance Worker is responsible for assisting in the upkeep of a condominium complex in our portfolio. They will ensure the success of the maintenance team by providing the highest level of upkeep and service that we give to all of our communities.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years of Maintenance experience
- Be able to work in an extremely fast-paced environment
- Must be organized and able to multi-task
- General Knowledge of Construction including HVAC, plumbing, electric, and carpentry
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to read and write in English
- Bilingual Spanish a plus!

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- General Maintenance: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- General Maintenance Knowledge; HVAC, carpentry, etc (Required)
