Walker Injury Law, LLC, a Plaintiff’s personal injury firm in Enfield is seeking a part time/full time litigation legal assistant/paralegal with 1 to 5 years of experience to manage Plaintiff’s personal injury matters. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing the file from start to finish, to include:
· Drafting of correspondence and routine pleadings and other legal documents
· Maintain electronic files
· E-filing
· Work closely with clients
· Contact with medical providers and insurance companies and other parties
· Review and analyze medical records
· Prepare settlement documents
