We are a San Fernando Valley-based property management firm specializing in the management of condominiums, townhouses, and PUD communities. We are looking for an EXPERIENCED property manager to handle an existing portfolio of properties.
Responsibilities:
Day-to-day management of a portfolio of properties, including:
Communicate with the Board of Directors
· Liaison between Board and legal counsel to address lawsuits/legal matters involving the HOA
Communicate with Homeowners

Our ideal candidate has thick skin, patience, and the ability to communicate effectively & efficiently with a variety of different personality types. Above all, for a portfolio manager to be successful, he/she must enjoy the daily grind and genuinely care about the residents living in the communities we manage.
We are a rapidly growing company with various opportunities for advancement. The work environment is professional, positive, and energetic. Compensation is based upon the candidate's experience and the size of the portfolio carried. A company health plan is also provided.
