Rosenthal Dental Corporation is Hiring a Dental Front Desk Receptionist Near Encino, CA

Job Overview:

We are a boutique cosmetic dental office in the heart of Encino, seeking to expand our team! We strive to provide our patients with 5-star dental care and an exceptional experience.

An ideal candidate would be reliable and goal-oriented. This candidate would also have knowledge of Eaglesoft, dental terminology, insurance verification, treatment plan presentation, receiving and posting payments, and customer service experience. The candidate must have at least two years' experience working in the dental field and be friendly and patient-care-oriented.

This is a full-time position Monday-Friday.

Knowledge of medical records, phone systems, and HIPAA regulations is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Maintain dental records accurately and ensure confidentiality
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes
- Coordinate with medical staff for patient care needs

Skills:

- Proficiency in using office software and phone systems
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations for patient privacy
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
