CFO

QUAD is seeking a CFO for an Elverson, PA client.

The CFO must possess the desire to build out a company both organically and through acquisitions. The role will be responsible for all aspects of organizational financial strategies development and execution. Experience within personal care, food and beverage, or pharma manufacturing industries is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

The CFO will be responsible for:

• Improving company financial reporting and organizational effectiveness through development and implementation of policies, procedures, and systems
• Creating and recommending financial and accounting policies related to cost accounting, GAAP, internal control procedures, budgets, cash flow, tax, etc.
• Managing corporate line of credit, ensuring compliance with debt guidelines
• Overseeing forecasting, modeling, financial analysis, budget planning, and other financial planning functions
• Acting as chief liaison with outside auditors and managing audit process
• Directing daily organizational financial functions and ensuring efficient operations and timely reporting
• Developing business plans, budgets, and forecasting

Skills/ Competencies:

The ideal CFO will possess these skills:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
• MBA or CPA
• 10 years financial leadership experience that includes demonstrated results in growing out a business
• Experience within personal care, food and beverage, or pharma manufacturing industries is highly preferred
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong creative and collaborative abilities
