Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Technology. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of our technology infrastructure, software development, and information security to drive innovation and efficiency within the organization.

Duties:

- Develop and implement strategic plans for the technology department.
- Analyze current technology systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure data security and compliance
- Manage IT budgets and resources effectively
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technology needs and propose solutions
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in the educational setting

Experience:

- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Knowledge of information security best practices
- Experience with IT infrastructure management and application development
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
