Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and possess knowledge of food safety practices, packaging, and fabrication techniques. Responsibilities:

- Operate machinery to create unique products according to specifications
- Ensure compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP)
- Package finished products for our tap room and for distribution
- Sanitize equipment and work areas to maintain cleanliness standards
- Monitor production processes to prevent defects and ensure quality control
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery
- Assist in inventory management and warehouse organization

Skills:

- Proficiency in food safety protocols and sanitation procedures
- Knowledge of mechanical operations and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry
- Familiarity with craft beer production or brewing processes is a plus
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
