Some Of Their Typical Daily Duties Include
- Responsible for quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems.
- Checking and responding to security and safety issues
- Testing and recommending new maintenance products
- Responsible for landscaping and pest control of assigned properties
- Keeping an inventory of cleaning and repair supplies
- Training and directing less experienced staff, if applicable
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid Illinois Driver's License
- 5-7 years of job-related experience preferred.
- Must be available for overtime if needed.
- On-call on a rotating basis
- Must have own vehicle and tools.
- Must pass all background checks.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen
Wages: $25-$30 per hour.
