**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Food Preparation Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and production of food items in various settings such as hotels, banquets, and catering events.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist in food preparation tasks including cutting, chopping, and marinating ingredients

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

- Handle food in compliance with health and safety regulations

- Support kitchen staff with bussing tables and dishwashing duties

- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines

- Assist with banquet setup and service as needed

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality environment preferred

- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food handling procedures

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior kitchen staff

- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
