Job Description
At Blount Rural Health Center, our goal is to provide the highest quality of care to our patients. The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation of the Dental Office and must use a hands-on approach to be successful. This role requires someone that is up to date on policy and procedures associated with Medicare and Medicaid laws for best practices and billing, scheduling system for patients, and can manage schedules for employees. A smiling face and a go-to attitude is a must for the Office Manager. This job description entails the responsibilities of the Dental Office Manager; however, this is not an all-inclusive list as the position requires flexibility and acceptance of other tasks as assigned.
