Responsibilities

Account Management

oProspect and generate new business through activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, and call-down campaigns.

oQualify leads and opportunities to ensure they meet the company's criteria.

oFacilitate the sales process through funnel driving and closing activities.

oMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in CRM software.

oCollaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop sales strategies and refine lead qualification process.

oProvide product information, quotations, and follow-up on sales inquiries.

oUnderstand the features, advantages, and benefits of our products to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.

oCoordinate closely with the outside sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences and to share insights from customer interactions.

oAssist in the creation of sales collateral and tools to support the selling process.

oStay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.

oEngage in up-sell opportunities with existing accounts where appropriate.

Continuous Improvement & Problem-Solving

oImplement the Fortive Business System (FBS) tools and methodologies to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in the sales process.

oEngage in regular training and upskilling sessions to stay updated on FBS methodologies.

oFacilitate brainstorming sessions, using FBS principles, to identify bottlenecks and provide innovative solutions.

Qualifications :

• AS Business or related field
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
