Linking Hands Counseling is a community-based Agency providing Behavioral Assistance (BA) services based out of Union County NJ. We seek to provide support and guidance to youth and families while on their journey towards optimal behavioral health. We value the individual and his/her life experience while seeking family-based, solution-focused interventions to help generate a truly transformative experience during our time together.
This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who are looking for a flexible, Per Diem, work schedule. Linking Hands Counseling is looking for a Behavioral Assistant (BA) to provide behavioral assistance to children and families referred to the agency.
BAs are required to work in the community by conducting regularly scheduled behavioral sessions in the home of youth and families.

Requirements:
Work Schedule: Days and times will vary; must be willing to work some afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
Certification: BA Training Certificate through the Children's System of Care. Enrollment in the BA Training Certification is required.
Bachelors' degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.
Valid Driver's License.
Most hold Malpractice Insurance.
Minimum caseload of 3 youth.
