Job Overview: The Employment Supervisor is responsible for effectively leading and enhancing Matching Grant (MG) and Refugee Social Services (RSS) employment programs. This position ensures program goals are met, ensures quality control for both service provision and contractual compliance, and supervises a team of staff and interns and volunteers.

US Benefits: The IRC offers a comprehensive and highly competitive set of benefits.
