Butera Market is Hiring an Assistant Deli Manager Near Elgin, IL
Butera Market Assistant Deli Managers are expected to direct, supervise, and actively promote the operation of the department to efficiently and effectively achieve the sales performance and profit goals established for the department, including:
- Adhering to all local, state and federal codes and regulations including with respect to safety, health, packaging, weights and measure, labeling and other requirements
- Observance and enforcement of all store rules and company policies including procedures for receiving product, price marking, product marketing, and restocking
- Ensure quality protection, accuracy and product rotation
- Train all department personnel
- Greet all customers and provide prompt and courteous service or assistance
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $17.00 per hour
