Job Responsibilities

• Support in all aspects of visual output for the Corporate Partnerships Department
• Creation and development of various Chargers presentation collateral, including pitch decks, case studies, asset one-sheets and partnership recaps
• Ability to transform content outlines (with copy-heavy information) into visually appealing designs
• Creation and development of pitch-related graphics, photos and render mock-ups
• Develop logos, charts, infographics, illustrations and iconography to create visually compelling decks
• Work as a team player and independently, selecting the best course of action under tight deadlines
• Work with existing creative and deliver supporting designs as well as execute original designs
• Collaborate with other departments (including creative, marketing, game presentation, and social) to ensure proper use of all design assets including logos and images
• Format and style all presentations and visuals to uphold specific brand standards and guidelines with consistency and accuracy
• Assess project requirements, identify scope, and set creative and timing expectations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in arts, graphic design, digital media, advertising, or 2 year’s relevant design experience
• Expert experience in Adobe Photoshop and strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign
• Advanced to expert level in Microsoft Powerpoint and proficient in rest of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Experience and familiarity in additional presentation software such as Keynote, DIGIDECK, or Google Slides is a plus
• Passion for clean presentation design with an established sense of layout hierarchy, spacing, typography, and composition
• Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced, energetic, team environment
• Highly organized, creative, and keen attention to detail
• Strong communication and management skills
• Must be willing to take creative direction and strategic feedback when incorporating revisions, edits, and other adjustments
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude, considerate of evolving needs of others
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in sports and entertainment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including: extended hours, evenings and weekends, and holidays
