HARACEC COMPLETE HEALTHCARE PLLC is Hiring a LVN/LPN Near El Paso, TX

1. Responsible for providing basic nursing care to patients, such as monitoring vital signs, administering medication, changing dressings, and assisting with activities of daily living.
2. Able to start and maintain peripheral IV lines, administer IV medications and fluids, regulate IV infusions, and discontinue IVs while following established protocols and under the supervision of an RN or physician
3. Assess and observe patients' conditions, report any changes to the registered nurse or healthcare provider, and document patient information accurately.
4. Communicate often the primary point of contact for patients, providing emotional support, education, and communicating with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
5. Able to work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as RNs, doctors, therapists, and social workers, to develop and implement patient care plans.
6. Medication administration following proper procedures, and ensuring patient safety.
7. Record Keeping by maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatments, and progress notes.
8. Compliance by adhering to legal and ethical standards of nursing practice, as well as facility policies and procedures.
9. Professional Development by participating in ongoing training and education to stay current with nursing practices and to maintain licensure among others.
