Location: El Paso, TX
Salary: $100,000 - $150,000
Essential Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and direct all project activities to achieve objectives within budget and schedule constraints.
- Monitor and control project budget and schedule, reporting costs, progress, and forecasts.
- Establish and execute project work plans, maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare and manage project-related documentation including pay applications, RFIs, POs, Submittals, Change Orders, etc.
- Coordinate resource allocation with Operations Manager and General Superintendent.
- Represent the company at project meetings and hearings, preparing necessary documentation.
- Supervise project team members and ensure work meets quality standards.
- Review project drawings and specifications for constructability and accuracy.
- Enforce safety policies and procedures, ensuring compliance on-site.
- Apply expert knowledge in heavy civil construction, materials, equipment, and risk management.
- Promptly address project ad-hoc needs and challenges.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum ten (10) years of construction experience, including four (4) years of TXDoT experience.
- Proficiency in interpreting drawings, specifications, and contractor documents.
- Valid Driver's License with a clear MVR.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of industry practices and standards.
- Supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, HeavyJob, Microsoft, and CMiC.
- Salary: $100,000 - $150,000
