Salary : Range M-8 $113,950 - $133,308 Annually
Initial Salary Placement : New employees start at Step A ($113,308) or B ($118,508) or C ($123,678) on the salary schedule. Advanced salary placement may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Minimum QualificationsAny combination equivalent to:
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration or related field.
  • Three years of increasingly responsible professional experience in administration of financial aid.

VETERAN'S POINTS
  • Veterans not previously employed by the District, with 30 days or more of service who become eligible for appointment by attaining the passing mark established for the examination, shall be allowed an additional credit of five (5) points and disabled veterans shall be allowed an additional credit of ten (10) points, which shall be added to the percentages attained in the examinations by the veterans.

ASSESSMENT PROCESSThe assessment process for this position may include any combination of the following: application screening for initial qualifications, supplemental training and experience screening, documentation(s)/ certification(s) screening, written examination, performance examination, and/or oral examination. The District reserves the right to utilize a flexible pass point (cut-off) on any test part to meet the staffing needs as determined by the District.
