A3 Technology, Inc. is seeking a Technical Specialist to join our FNS team in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. This position will perform a gap analysis of the FNS first level documentation, provide recommendations and new documentation to FNS first level support. Documentation includes technical instruction books, notices, handbooks and other technical directives.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provide expertise in first level maintenance documentation requirements analysis and development of technical documentation.
• Possess a technical understanding of the maintenance of NAS systems.
• Review technical documentation and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Track and audit documentation redlines.
• Support system development, testing, integration and deployment activities.
• Develop and manage system engineering artifacts, system requirements artifacts, system testing artifacts and required product baseline artifacts.
• Work independently under general guidelines or objectives.
• Must be willing to travel.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Required:

• Experience in developing NAS technical documentation.
• Experience with NAS second level engineering.
• Proficient technical writing and oral communication skills.
• US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US is required.
• Upon conditional offer of employment candidates will be subject to a Government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain Government clearance.
• Verification of past employment, verification of education and references are also required.

Preferred:

• Experience in system test.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability.

Education:

• High School Diploma/GED and ten (10) years of related experience including at least five (5) years of NAS experience OR
• Associate degree in a related field and eight (8) years of related experience including at least ten (5) years of NAS experience OR
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and six (6) years of related experience including at least ten (5) years of NAS experience.
