JOB DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS :

• Experience in all aspects of housekeeping
• Performing a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
• Ensuring all areas are cared for and inspected according to standards
• Protecting equipment and making sure there are no inadequacies
• Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures
• Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, countertops and sinks
• Maintaining clean and sanitary Community Room areas
• Washing Windows
• Vacuuming and cleaning carpet and rugs
• Sweeping / vacuuming, polishing and mopping hard / linoleum floors
• Using any cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops and other cleaning tools
• Keeping Visitor’s bathrooms stocked with toiletries such as paper towels, hand soap and toilet paper
• Cleaning mirrors and other glass surfaces
• Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste
• Washing blinds
• Monitoring cleaning supplies and ordering more as needed
• Reporting any necessary repairs or replacement
• Some ground maintenance

This is a full-time position with benefits.
