Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product information, features, and benefits to customers.
• Answer phones and maintain call logs.
• Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
• Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure customer satisfaction through the entire process by listening to a customers perspective and offering feedback that leaves the company a positive image
• Sales Support:
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, when required.
• Assist customers with financing options or extended warranties, when required.
• Collaborate with the sales team to help them meet and exceed sales targets.
• Office Management:
• Oversee daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies and equipment.
• Manage and organize paperwork, records, and documents.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office-related needs.
• Maintain a budget for office related expenses.
• Inventory Management:
• Point of Sale Functionality Management ensure inventory accuracy by receiving inventory as it arrives and auditing inventory levels monthly
• Coordinate with the sales team to update product displays.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Manage the front desk and perform general administrative duties.
• Schedule appointments for customers and the sales team as needed
• Organize and maintain physical and digital records.
• Communication Liaison:
• Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams.
• Share customer feedback and insights with the management team.
• Respond to digital inquiries in a timely manner.
• Team Collaboration:
• Provide training and support to new customer service and sales team members.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Showroom Cleanliness Support:

• Collaborate with the Retail Administrator to ensure the showroom maintains a clean, organized, and visually appealing appearance.
• Assist in monitoring and implementing cleanliness standards, ensuring that products and displays are well-maintained.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the overall cleanliness and presentation of the showroom.
• Support in organizing and maintaining promotional displays and product placements to enhance the showroom's visual appeal.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in GSuite and basic office software.
• Knowledge of electronics and appliances is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Pay: $41,000.00 - $52,100.00 per year
