We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative. In this role, you will have access to a large volume of leads and a built-in book of business, allowing you to hit the ground running. Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging sales presentations to showcase product benefits.
• Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
• Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
• Conducts timely follow-up communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
• Utilize persuasive techniques to finalize sales transactions.
• Set and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.

Requirements

• Licensing Requirements: You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed). 
• Preferred candidate would already have their Insurance License and insurance experience but we have a reimbursement program available for someone highly motivated in getting their license.
• Skilled in prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.
• Proactive and motivated individual who takes initiative without constant supervision.
