Experienced Optical Consultant
Full time – 40 hours, weekend working is required

Previous optical experience preferred for this role.
The role:
Delivering legendary customer service, with the ability to provide personalised assistance to the customer and address their needs and concerns.
Great communication, rapport building and the ability to translate professional terminology in understandable language for the patient.
Exceptional attention to detail in maintaining customer records and prescriptions.
The ability to give the best service and product information in a knowledgeable manner
You need to be: Articulate, friendly, approachable, conscientious, punctual and a team player.
The practice is long established in a busy shopping centre. We are fitted with all the up-to-date equipment. There is a fantastic team of ophthalmic opticians, dispensing opticians and very experienced optical consultants all supported by a full-time administrator. All in all, you will be working alongside a dynamic, experienced and well supported team.
