Job Description:
Burch Insurance Group, a rapidly growing commercial insurance agency, is seeking a technically adept and driven individual to join our team. Your contributions will be pivotal in scaling our business and enhancing our sales and marketing strategies.
This may become a flexible hybrid work-from-home position once training is completed. Our office is located on 50th & France in Edina, MN
Responsibilities:
- Leverage technical expertise to identify and pursue opportunities to engage with the local Edina community, both online and in person.
- Utilize CRM database to assist with client management and enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Streamline the Commercial Insurance application process for large insurance carriers through effective use of technology.
- Qualify and nurture company-generated leads using advanced tools to help close sales.
- Support and implement ongoing marketing initiatives, employing analytics to track performance and generate new potential clients.
- Develop, execute, and optimize social media marketing campaigns targeting the Edina area, utilizing metrics to measure success.
- Attend local events and network with potential customers and partners, representing the company professionally.
Qualifications:
- Strong sales ability to connect with potential clients and generate conversions.
- Advanced administrative skills with proficiency in using marketing automation and CRM software.
- Experience with social media marketing, lead generation, and analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a technical mindset to solve complex problems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce or similar.
- Experience with event planning, execution, and leveraging technology for event promotion.
- Knowledge of the Edina area and its business community.
- Flexibility to work nonstandard hours/shifts and adhere to a structured schedule.
