Duties:
- Assist with various construction tasks such as installing silt fence by digging, hammering, lifting, and carrying materials around various construction sites in Florida
- Operate hand and power tools as directed by the construction team such as sledge hammers and shovels
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with measuring, cutting, and assembling materials as needed
- Perform general construction duties including digging ditches, hammering wooden stakes with a sledge hammer, etc.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction or erosion control is preferred but not required
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions
- Strong work ethic and ability to handle physically demanding tasks and outdoor work performed in the sun
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Ability to work in various site and weather conditions

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
