Position Title : Robotic Welder
Wage : $18-$20
Shift : 1st and 2nd
Hours : 1st 7a-330p Mon-Fri or 2nd 3 : 30pm-12am Mon-Thurs
We are seeking a skilled Robotic Welder to join this dynamic team. As a Robotic Welder, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining robotic welding equipment to produce high-quality welds in accordance with production schedules and quality standards.

- Operate robots and monitor robots while running
- Set up and tear down jobs by loading and unloading fixtures
- Load and unload parts
- Perform a visual quality inspection of parts
- Ensure quality of welds
- Remove weld spatter using chisel and / or grinder as necessary
- Tag completed rework jobs appropriately
- Perform daily equipment inspection
- Advise supervisor or lead of shortages or poor-quality materials / products
- Operate cart caddy and hoist
Requirements for Robotic Welder :
- Lift up to 50 lbs. with frequent bending, stooping, and twisting
- Ability to stand or walk for duration of 10-hour shift
- Ability to hear, speak, kneel, bend, and use lifting hoist
- Frequently required to stand and walk
- Manufacturing environment experience preferred
- Two years of welding experience preferred
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and vendors
- Ability to read and interpret documents like blueprints, welding symbols safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Knowledge of basic math skills
- Must be dependable
