Go 4 HIRE is Hiring a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) Near Eatontown, NJ

We are seeking compassionate caregivers to join a growing agency with flexible hours. You will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need within their homes.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Administer medication under the direction of a nurse or healthcare professional
- Help with household chores and meal preparation
- Monitor and report changes in client's health status
- Document daily activities to maintain an organized record

Requirements:
- Current CHHA (Certified Home Health Aide) required, Certified Medication Aide optional (would earn higher pay)
- Knowledge of vital signs monitoring and medical documentation
- Compassionate and empathetic character
- Prior experience in caregiving or related field preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Familiarity with medical records management and HIPAA regulations
- Pass background check and drug test
