We are looking for a zestful and devoted Dental Financial / Treatment Coordinator to join our exclusive client in Eastpointe, MI .

Schedule : Full-Time

Pay : $28 / Hr Work directly for the Dental Office

What You Do :

• Act as patient advocate, assisting patients who may have concerns.
• Effectively educate patients on the benefits of orthodontic treatment.
• Prepare treatment plans and make financial arrangements per practice guidelines.
• Prepare and present financial options to encourage patients to say Yes to comprehensive care options.

What You Need :

• Valid license to practice
• Electronic billing and billing knowledge.
• Ability to meet monthly production / collection goals.
• Proficiency in communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with financing such as Care Credit / Lending club and.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining a calm, confident demeanor.
• Ability to interact with staff and patients as a professional and maintain a collaborative approach.
• Flexibility to use technology including computers, internet, spreadsheets, etc for additional administrative.
• Strong knowledge of financial options offered by the practice and how to use them to make care affordable for the patient.
• Knowledge in Open Dental is must!
• Minimum 4 years experience as a Dental Financial / Treatment Coordinator is must! PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT EXPERIENCED.
