24 week assignment. Mon-Fri. Register and schedule patients. Answer phones in a high volume front desk setting. Dress code: Business Casual.Must have clerical exp from medical office, EPIC preferred on resume. Reporting location: 329 White Plains Road, Eastchester, NY, 10709.
The schedule is 11am-7pm. The training schedule would be 8a-4p or 7a-3p. When they are ready then the shift will change to 11a-7p. Training would likely be about 2 weeks for that earlier schedule. This position could convert to perm based on business need and good attendance. If they like the temp they would extend. It’s preferred that candidates have their own transportation because public transportation doesn’t go right to the facility, reporting location:Sitting at a busy front desk, probably see 100 patients a day between the hours and checking in appointments, registering them, scheduling them. It’s preferred that they have EPIC but not required. Must have medical office front desk experience.
