Duties:
- Engage with customers to provide a positive shopping experience
- Demonstrate product knowledge and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately
- Maintain a tidy and organized sales floor
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue
- Handle customer inquiries, issues, and returns promptly and professionally
Requirements:
- Prior experience in retail sales, particularly in jewelry, electronics, or wireless sales
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to actively sell products
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer needs
