Physician Liaison
Position Summary
The Physician Liaison for the Physician Outreach office will be responsible for a variety of support and coordination of activities as it relates to Physician Outreach. The incumbent is responsible for providing back up administrative support and coordination for all daily activities.
Duties of the Physician Liaison for the Physician Outreach office may include the following but are not limited to:
Selected candidate may need to work on Saturdays/Sundays based on events and the needs of the department.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of sales, marketing, and/or outreach experience or, in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree with at least 4 years of healthcare setting experience to include at least 1 year of community outreach and/or event planning experience. Active and current NYS Driver's License. Good interpersonal skills, relationship building skills needed to build solid relationships with physician practices. Trustworthy, honest, team player. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs especially Word and Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of physician practice network. Physician Liaison experience. Experience with a major hospital system with physician practices.

Anticipated Pay Range:
The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as $57,530 - 67,933 / year.
The above salary range (or hiring range) represents SBUH’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
In addition, all UUP positions have an additional $3,087 for location,
Your total compensation goes beyond the number in your paycheck. SBUH provides generous leave, health plans, and state pension that add to your bottom line.
