**Overview:**
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Swim Instructor to join our team. If you have a background in health clubs, sports coaching, or physical education, and enjoy working with students of all ages, this position is perfect for you. Pay is based off of expierence and can be discussed during your interview.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct swim lessons for individuals or groups of varying ages and skill levels
- Create engaging and effective lesson plans to promote skill development
- Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their swimming techniques
- Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all participants
- Monitor and enforce pool safety rules during lessons
**Skills:**
- Experience working with students in a coaching or educational setting
- Proficiency in swim instruction techniques
- Knowledge of behavior management strategies
- Ability to educate and motivate students effectively
- Background in martial arts, cheerleading, judo, or related sports is a plus
