Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Quality Liaison to join our growing team of Quality Support Specialists. A strong candidate will have a minimum of three years working within an automotive manufacturing facility and extreme attention to detail. The ability to remain organized and communicate between multiple suppliers is required.

Requirements

• 3-5 years minimum experience working in quality and/or manufacturing
• Automotive experience working with Quality Managers, Engineers, and Line Operators
• Communication skills: verbal and written to support feedback of audit results
• Ability to establish 'world class' relationships with onsite team where work is to be performed
• Communicate with customers regarding PPMs, replacements of defective parts.
• Ability to work flexible work schedule
• Experience with Problem Solving Processes
• Author work instructions to include Process Flow, Standardized Work, Witness Marking, and Best Containment Practices
• Efficient use of micrometer, caliper, depth gauge, torque wrench, and other measuring devices
• Use of excel for summary of data collected for reporting to customer

Responsibilities

• Audit incoming parts using pictures and/or boundary samples
• Collect and submit data to customer
• Communicate any detected change in part conformity
• Professional representation of customer at site location
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Anticipate taking care of the incoming bad quality parts
