Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Busser/Food Runner to join our team in the hospitality industry. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and providing excellent customer service.

As a Busser we expect you to assist your server in setting your table up with water, help in clearing dirty dishware and glasses, clean and reset the table.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables promptly and accurately

- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food

- Communicate effectively with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams

- Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area

- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests

- Handle food with care to maintain quality and presentation standards

- Follow all food handling and safety guidelines

- Provide exceptional hospitality by anticipating guests' needs and responding promptly

Experience:

- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred

- Knowledge of basic food industry practices and procedures

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests

- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
