We are hiring for a Sales Support Associate which plays an integral role in the growth and performance of our company. This role requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills with various responsibilities with our customers and within the broader commercial team.
This position reports to the Sales Operations Manager and is on-site in East Greenbush.

In this role, you will be:
  • Ensure long term customer relationships by utilizing effective customer service skills.
  • Communicate directly with customers, sales reps, and distributors via telephone, electronically or face to face.
  • Process price quotes, purchase orders, change orders, order confirmations, visual compliance, and coordinate timely deliveries in compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Enter new accounts and maintain existing accounts with accurate billing, shipping, contact information, pricing, and credit in ERP and Salesforce
  • Basic Salesforce administration to include user setup, tracking management, report/dashboard creation, and basic Commercial Team support.
Are you qualified?
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Proficient utilizing Microsoft Office with high level of proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to identify and deliver positive outcomes to customer interactions.
  • Self-motivated with ability to multi-task and balance workload priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must also have strong customer service and interpersonal skills and ability to cooperate well within a team.
It would be great if you had:
  • Experience utilizing and/or managing data entry systems, such as Salesforce.com and SAP
The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $23-$25/hr.
We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
