Our clinic is committed to providing high-quality primary care services to individuals and families in the East Chicago area.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $230,000 to $250,000 annually
- Vacation: 160 hours (4 weeks)
- Personal Time: 40 hours (1 week)
- Continuing Medical Education (CME): 40 hours (5 Days), allowance of $2,500
- Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
- Life Insurance: 1.5x the provider’s salary
- NHSC: Student Loan Repayment (Up to $100,000)
- Short-Term and Long-Term Disability
- 401k Plan: matches up to 4%
- FTCA Malpractice Insurance
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
- Schedules such as 5-8s, 4-10s, ensuring Work / Life Balance.
- No On-Call, No Nights, No Weekends.
- Full Support Staff to aid in patient care and clinic operations.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care for patients.
Requirements:
- Board-certified or Board-eligible Family Medicine Physician
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach in primary care
- Clear and Active Medical License in the State of Indiana
