TPRM Manager

• Experience with third-party risk assessment tools and methodologies. Develops and maintains the operational risk methodology to evaluate and implement third party risk assessments through continuous review and application, sharing of best practices and benchmarking analysis. Provides thought leadership and design to new modules and technology, development, and stabilization.
• Advises on enterprise or divisional projects as needed, providing risk expertise, highlighting issues and encouraging the use of established risk frameworks to mitigate and identify third party risks.
• Strong background in third-party risk and procurement; understanding of the supplier lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive outcomes.
• Ability to lead and influence a dynamic, highly matrixed team through informal leadership.
• Develops and cultivates strong relationships with enterprise and divisional clients to understand their ongoing risk needs. Builds credibility as a thought partner.
• Establishes and deploys risk methodology subject matter expertise across operational and strategic risk areas. Develops an understanding of other emerging third-party risks.
• Leads enhancement initiatives to improve third party risk oversight and assurance activities.
• Collaborates with the Enterprise Risk Management teams to inform and escalate risk issues and events and stay current with the risk management frameworks.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
• Experience working with global teams and managing offshore teams would be preferred.
• Knowledge of GRC systems preferred.
• Experience with ServiceNow would be beneficial.
• Excellent communication and project management capabilities.

Pay: $60,862.98 - $177,161.47 per year
