Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bilingual (English/Spanish) Pre-Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the legal field and possess strong organizational skills to support attorneys in litigation matters.

Duties:
- Conduct client interviews to gather necessary case information
- Draft file opening letters to insurance companies
- Obtain medical records and medical billing
- Manage legal case files and documentation efficiently
- Coordinate with attorneys and clients to ensure case progress and deadlines are met
- Maintain a professional and organized law office environment
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients, court personnel, and other parties involved
- Utilize project management skills to handle multiple cases simultaneously

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pre-Litigation Paralegal or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of legal procedures and case management
- Understanding of persona injury law
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
