CNC Machinist
Easley, SC
HTI is currently hiring 1st shift CNC machinists for Danfoss in Easley, SC. Interested candidates should have prior machining experience, stable work history, and will need to pass a background check and drug screening.
Requirements of CNC Machinists:
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
  • 1 year of machining experience.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs repetitively.
  • Able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Stable work history.

Responsibilities of CNC Machinists:
  • Operate a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments.
  • Program mills and lathes by entering instructions.
  • Applies knowledge of mathematics and instruments to calculate dimensions and tolerances.
  • Identifies malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining and adjusts controls of machines to correct errors.
  • Follow safety standards and policies.
  • Meet the production requirements for their assigned cell.
  • Advanced print reading to include geometric tolerances, finish callouts, and true positioning.
  • A demonstrated ability to understand programs.
