Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a rapidly growing leader in the specialty drug benefit management space to find multiple Member Services Representatives to join their team in Earth City, MO!

Position Details:

  • Location: Earth City, MO (On-Site Only)
  • Status: Full-time, Temp to Hire
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm OR 10am to 7pm
  • Compensation: $20.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to all members.
  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound member calls, quickly gaining a deep understanding of the services and customer needs.
  • Follow established procedures and standards for productivity, quality, and customer service.
  • Meet performance targets for speed, efficiency, and quality.

Skills, Competencies, and Abilities:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical call center environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Quickly analyze situations and understand their implications for other groups within Archimedes.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems promptly, gather and analyze information skillfully, and develop alternative solutions.
  • Customer Service: Manage difficult or emotional customer situations, respond promptly to customer needs, and meet commitments with a high sense of urgency.
  • Written Communication: Write clearly and informatively, edit work for spelling and grammar, and present numerical data effectively.
  • Teamwork: Balance team and individual responsibilities, exhibit openness to others' views, and contribute to building a positive team spirit.
  • Organizational Support: Follow policies and procedures, complete administrative tasks correctly and on time, and support the organization's goals and values.
