The City of Blue Earth, MN is looking for a high energy, enthusiastic, personable, and driven leader to run Blue Earth Wines and Spirits. Excellent customer service, ordering, inventory management, merchandising, interfacing with vendors, and meeting retail goals are all requirements of the position. The Manager is also responsible for managing two full-time clerks and several part-time clerks, including scheduling work time to meet customer demands. Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills are required. Knowledge of the wine & spirits industry is important.
