Responsibilities

Motivating and assisting the Member to:

• Housekeeping/Cleaning apartment
• Assistance with Laundry
• Transportation to Eagle River for classes
• Grocery shopping
• Community Engagement: Hiking, Bowling, Car Races

Schedule

Hours: 38 Hours a week

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING

Pay starts at $16 an hour

$50 retention bonus every 6 months (April/October)

*If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN’s role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 38 per week
