Job Description : The Medical SupportAssistant (MSA) will be responsible for providing administrativesupport in our healthcare facility.
This role involves managingpatient interactions handling clerical tasks and ensuring efficientoperation of the office.
Responsibilities :
Greet andassist patients and visitors manage patient registration andscheduling.
Perform administrative tasks such as filingcopying and handling correspondence.
Maintain electronichealth records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Liaise effectively between patients medical staff and externalparties.
Manage inventory of office supplies and ensuremaintenance of office equipment.
Provide general supportin billing and insurance form assistance.
Qualification :
Education : Medical Assistant Diploma
Certifications : CMA BLS / CPR / AED
