IDR, Inc. is Hiring a Senior Technical Business Analyst Near Eagan, MN
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document business and system requirements, translating them into technical specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Apply systems engineering methodologies for cost, benefit, and risk analysis, and manage scope and schedules throughout the product lifecycle.
- Translate solution architectures into technical specifications for integration into engineering and operational workflows, and coordinate deployment of deliverables.
- Understand and communicate product strategies, stay updated on emerging technologies, and ensure alignment with business objectives and Agile methodologies.
- 4 years of Data Analysis, Experience, Azure DevOps, kanban boards and/or Sprints, IT Infrastructure projects (Server, Telecom, Network, Data Center Migration, Refreshes and Organizational Change Mgmt (PROSCI)
- 4 years of experience with ZScaler Implementation, ( Internet Access, VPN, Remote Acess, Zero trust Equinix Implementation (SDWAN)
- Previous experience working in a hospital setting that is 24x7 patient care.
- Bachelor's degree (Business, Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Statistics, Engineering, Technology, or Health Care) and 4 years of relevant digital business analyst experience
